Ms Noemia Certo Simoes, from Portugal, is our Project Coordinator for
Portugal.
She is a Professor in Economics. She holds a Masters
Degree in Social and Economy Policy from the University
of Lisbon. She is currently DCV Financial Controller and
oversees all DCV’s activities in Portugal.
